Overview
Do you know the dimensions of cross cultural differences? Can you explain how these cross cultural differences could give rise to conflict. In this workshop we will explore the differences that often lay hidden beneath apparent similarities. It offers practical exercises and techniques to help you handle the most stressful of cross-cultural situations. In this workshop, we can focus on North America, Latin America, Europe, Africa or East Asia.

- Coping with culture shock. Handling personal conflict. Creating opportunity from frustration.
- Developing rapport:
- Enhancing awareness. Moving beyond stereotypes. Building relationships.

Method and Design
- The emphasis is experiential and interactive. In addition to mini-lectures from the trainers, there will be selected case studies, practical exercises, role play and open group discussion.
- Enrollment is limited to eight persons
- The workshop is scheduled for eight hours on one day.
